"We bought a dish washer control board from this company for approximately $140 after the dishwasher was inspected by a professional it was determined that the control board was not the issue. I contacted the company the day I ordered and requested to cancel the part order. They declined and sent the part 3 days later. We received the part and I requested a refund. I sent the unopened package back to Deals4Parts as they requested, in the same packaging it was sent to me. I have no response and no refund after more than 23 days after the package was returned, confirmed by UPS tracking. Buyer beware."
"Don't trust this company. They will scam you! We purchased a washing machine control board from Deals4Parts. They sent us a defective part, and they told us no refunds allowed for defective parts; only replacements. They billed us $28.42 for shipping and tax for the replacement part. They claimed that their warranty does not cover shipping/tax for the replacement part, but it was nowhere to be found on their website. We are going back and forth with our credit card company to dispute it. The seller is now claiming that a refund will be provided when the item is returned. When we called for a return address, they wouldn't give it to us because their defective item policy is replacement only. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company, unless you want to receive a defective part and be charged additional fees for a replacement."
