"This place was disgusting! A total mess around 2pm on 4/1/23. The counter was covered in puddles of spilled drinks from previous orders. Our cups were set down in these puddles while they were being filled. The barista "tried" to clean our cups and "sippy lids" by wiping them off with her dirty apron. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the entire area behind the counter was dirty. A woman came in and leaned against the counter when trying to get her drink and got her pants all dirty from the spilled drinks that were on the counter. There were plenty of people working... cleanliness was not part of their concern."

"I haven't written a Google review in years, but the positive atmosphere and super friendly staff at this Starbucks made me want to share. It wasn't just one staff, but all four working who engaged with customers to such a sincere extent, I was bummed I couldn't stick around after they made my drink. Definitely a beautiful environment and not at all the corporate zombie vibe you often get at this chain - thank you for the pleasant conversation, it made my morning!"
