"Passive aggressive service and meh food. I came in with my 2 and 5 year old, there were a handful of other patrons inside but the place was pretty quiet. We ordered two burritos, one bacon and one sausage. I saw they had an extensive side menu, so I asked if we could get a side of scrambled eggs for my two year old. She said she’d have to charge me $17 for it because they don’t offer that as a side. I was kind of shocked, but the word “ok” escaped before I could process it. We stepped outside to wait for the food. After some time, I came back in to check on the order and she told me it would be ready in 5 min. We were sitting right outside, so I asked if they would bring it out or if I should come back in. She said I had a I come in. After 5 min she walked outside to our table without the food, and called my name. I left my kids at the table and followed her back inside where she had left the food sitting on the counter. At this point I was irritated but politely pointed out they’d forgotten our drinks. She gave me the horchata, I asked for an extra cup, and instead of handing me one of the cups next to her, she pointed across the restaurant and told me to get one of the exact same cups from the water station. I went back out, and noticed they’d given us a ham burrito instead of sausage, but after all the bazar service, I just ate it and left. Bummer after reading how excellent this place was. We were disappointed. There’s a very high end coffee shop next door that offered scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and avocado for $12. I’ll be taking my biz there next time. Crazy service for a $17 side of eggs."

"Lily’s Malibu I’d give Lily’s food 6 Stars if I could. Lily’s in Malibu is fantastic. The food has a Mexican vibe but you also can grab a burger. A quick distance from the beach. It is clean , well lit and the restrooms were clean. The location has Handicap Parking and is Handicap Accessible. I recommend the amazing breakfast burrito and the burgers."

"Lily’s chorizo breakfast burrito was a formative part of my younger years, and I’m stoked to find that the quality has not slipped. Like everything, prices are up but the staff are kind and the burritos fire. Lots of outdoor seating even though the restaurant itself is currently remodeling"

"We were here for lunch on sunday afternoon after our hike at dume. Place was packed, you have to order and find a table to seat yourselves. We were 8 of us, ordered and got seated. We ordered Carne Asada Torta, Veg tacos, fish tacos, chile releno, chips and salsa, fries, side of rice. Tortas, Chile releno were stand out, tasted very good! Chile releno was different than what I have ate in the past. Veg and fish tacos are very average. Chips were good and green salsa was a bomb! Service was meh as well! The guy who was giving our orders looked bit lost and even though I explicitly asked him if the boxes he had next to our order was ours, he said no! After few mins we were given same boxes! This was our kids orders and they were bit hungry and frustrated and this could have been avoided"
