"We will go back here! Really nice place. Great vibe. Excellent service. Nice, quite bar. We found parking very close and easily. We didn't eat dinner, so I can't rate the food. But I will bet it matches the level of the rest of this place. Really good spot. Go here!!!!"
"Very very tasty food! Every time we come here, we love what we get. Sitting at the chefs table is always fun as well!"
"This is a rare gem in San Rafael. Amazing atmosphere, food, cocktails and service. I was so impressed and one might say I’m not easily impressed. Loved it!"
"Kids sorta goes with my whole angle about San Rafael. There’s these gems. Maybe it’s just my having not spent all that much time down here since kids, moving north, etc. But this place is definitely one I’m coming back to. Stopped in cause I missed my train (new commute). Ok that experience alone I’d give it 5: friendly, just talkative enough (think: reads room), easy. But listening to other patrons was what got my antenna up. Those already seated + those just coming in. The staff treat this little (footprint) restaurant like it’s better than Il David. And it might be: I only had 2 (excellent) glasses of wine. The food menu looked great. The staff greeted people, sat them, tended to them, explained specials in a way that I know *i* would have appreciated. I left before it could get busy. But it just felt like an experienced FOH staff."
"Very nice and cozy restaurant. Great wine and the food was delicious. Got the famers market veggie risotto, the pizza and a yummy chocolate mousse"
