"The Kohl’s in Arden Arcade is very near my work. I usually stop to pick up some things I need for my home when I get off work on my way home. The store is massive, with many departments selling men's, women's, and kids' clothing, shoes, household items, and small home appliances. The store is laid out very well and clean. The checkout is fast. I can stop and get what I want quickly."

"Was very upset. I got a ride to the store late so I was already mad that I was running late and also excited that I had got there before the closing time 9:00. It was 8:48pm I had already knew what I wanted to go get in the store and my daughter wanted me to FaceTime her to buy some more things for her from Sephora. Soon as I walked into the store they told me that I could not come in for no particular reason and lied to me and told me that the store was already closed. My daughter was very upset and mad at me and thought I was lying to her about getting the things for her that she needed from Sephora I'm very pissed off and upset and mad with the customer service and manager quality. It seemed like the store manager and the associate assistant were very against me as a black male. Very adamant towards everything that I was trying to do and get for my family, and all I have was nothing but money to spend and things to get that my daughter needed as well and I couldn't do it because of the staffing. I'm not satisfied with the customer service at all very poorly very upset don't want to go back there again can't wait to get back to the Bay area wouldn't recommend anyone else go there again because it was a hassle and disrespect and I hope it doesn't happen to get anybody else. My daughter is my everything and all and I'm her superhero and I felt like I got belittled and played by the Kohl's staff it made me upset and don't want to have any of their service again."

"We had a great experience here. Staff were nice and we found everything we wanted. They are definitely military friendly, since they were closed Monday they honored it for today. Thank you."
