"Usually I have a great shopping experience here but as of today I will no longer be going to this location me and my family was not only racially profiled here but acused of stealing and I have the videos and pictures that says enough those officers and those people were very rude to us told us to put our baskets back and rushed us outta the store I hope that in the near future yall can be kind towards your black customers because not everyone is the same and just because a certain person or certain race comes In and has a basket full of stuff doesn’t mean they are stealing this is a new year they are here to shop and buy not steal but anyway I hope this helps and also during black history month be nicer to your customers"

"The Burlington gives me a mixed shopping experience. It is different every time when I’m here. I sometimes want to walk out as soon as I enter the store. But sometimes, like today it looks okay. The store looks very clean and organized today when I’m there. All the shelves and racks have a lot of clothes or household goods. The security guard is there at the front door. He greeted me when I walked into the front door and said goodbye to me when I left. I have a pretty good feeling about this store!"

"I came to this store to buy more than a few items. One of the items needed a COAT, blue jeans, sweat pants, etc. The selection of coats in XL saw pretty much nonexistent. I found a couple of pairs of pant that worked and some other clothes. I made my way to check out to find a line of over a dozen customers. All waiting for the ONE cashier. Heck! No! I'm a senior and have plenty of time but am not able to stand in line for 30+ min. I put every down and left the store. I try and buy from brick and mortar stores. I found a great jacket on eBay bought in 20 min. Won't be coming back to this Burlington Coat Factory location."

"We stopped here just to browse. The selection was minimal for toddler clothes. A lot of clothes items were cheaply made. The toy section had a good amount to pick from. Store was clean and employees were nice. It was open late, which was unexpected."
