"In all my years I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a repair company. The service technician came to my door, and when I answered and said my washing machine was upstairs he got frustrated and said he prefers to work on machines in the garage, not upstairs. Then when I told him where he could find the barcode and make and model he got more annoyed and didn't believe me, and looked everywhere but where I told him he could find the info. Then I explained the problem with my clothes not washing well, and black debris that isn't being resolved through maintenance. He then got loud and angrily told me that I don't know what I'm doing, that I shouldn't be following the LG instructions, and "chemicals". When I asked what chemicals, he flailed his hands around and yelled "chemicals! I don't know! Look at home depot!" I calmly asked him why he was so angry and he laughed at me. Then he berated me for following the LG instructions again, and at that point I didn't feel safe anymore and told him to leave. He kept muttering in some other language, and when I asked him his name and for a business card he said his name was Cole, but given his accent and language I doubt that was his real name. This company is affiliated with home warranty companies, so beware. And if you don't want to get yelled at and want to feel safe having a strange repairman in your home, please call a different company!!!"
