The Cheesecake Factory

"The worst Cheesecake Factory we’ve ever been! Yesterday, I went there for dinner with my kids and friends. I ordered Herb Crusted Fillet of Salmon. In the middle of the meal I feel chewing something very hard, something like a piece of glass. I took it out and it is all black, I think I even swallowed a small piece. I was waiting for a waiter to come and discovered another black piece inside mashed potatoes. I turned on the flush light and turns out it was black carbonized grease coming off their grill and ended up in my mouth. When waiter came, she took the plate to show it to the manager. Manager Nick came in and said: “Oh, that part came off the grill, because you ordered salmon that was cooked on the grill”. I was so surprised he didn’t offer any discount at all. Like he didn’t want to give any discounts, which to me is very rude. I came to have a dinner and managers opinion was to have this black carbonated grease to be a part of my meal is normal. I couldn’t believe how rude this manager was offering me no discount. It’s not even about the money, but more about ethic. I asked, well, will you at least give me a discount. He said sure. Guess how much he took off? $3!!! I will never come back to this restaurant again! I will complaint to the corporate and to the department of health."

"A little bit busy but it's to be expected during Christmas time. We only went for appetizers but they filled us up enough to continue shopping! My favorite are the brussel sprouts and the tamale cakes. My friends ordered the potstickers and Mac n cheese balls. They were good too!"

"Lovely place for grabbing a bite. My partner had a lemon a raspberry cheesecake which came with whipped cream and found it delicious. I ordered a low calorie standard cheesecake which was tasted good but still sickening sweet. Portion sizes are massive and cheesecakes vary $12-$15. Waitress was fantastic, very efficient and attentive. The only odd thing coming from Europe is that when asked to pay for the bill by card waitress took my card with her instead of bringing the card machine to the table. I have observed this to be common practice in the US but if you are not used to this just bear it in mind or lay by cash!"
