"I never leave reviews, but a manager was very disrespectful to me. I wanted to Return my keyboard and mouse, and put it on a gift card to buy a new one. The lady helping me said she can put it on a gift card but the manager by the name of Alex intervened and said it has to go back on his original form of payment, even though she had already been in the process of transferring refunds to the gift card, I had to beg the manager to just put it on the gift card so I can purchase items that day in a very condescending tone he told me That I have to use it in store that day, Which turned out to be a lie. I had the merchandise in my hand, and was about to check out. I felt so annoyed I put the merchandise back, drove to the next Best Buy with the gift card and purchase three times then my original refund amount."

"Nice store and everything. Good Employees and stuff but I've noticed the quality of the products is not keeping up with the latest and greatest. Maybe that's the future for brick and mortar stores though. For example, the nicest 40-series GPU I saw was a 4060 I believe. They don't seem to have the best stuff in-store no more."
"Went to go check out the new medic Quest Unfortunately they didn't have any working display models when I was able to grab a staff member they were decently helpful and answered a bunch of questions I had and they're priced about the same as what Amazon carries them for which is always nice The selection on most products seme to be like 70% The only thing that was irritating was the upper ceiling fan that's at this Screech almost Non-Stop I'm sure that's going to get fixed tho haha"
