"Not exceptable at all. I had a shot gun wedding to attend. Found a great dress. Day was going great then drove over a hour to show my mom to realize the sensor was on. I exited the door of shoe department and Macy's Cafe. I had to drive over a hour back and upon entering the sensor still did not activate the alarm. If the sensor had worked I would have turned around to get it removed. Sensors obviously are supposed to help with theft so I'm guessing that should be a big concern. I was offered 15% off but you would have to void transactions and with me using my bank card I needed no extra missing or pending money due to having a wedding to attend."

"Macy’s in Arden Fair Mall is a three story department store. I like to shop here because they are more convenient for me. They’re near my work. I usually park my car in the rear parking garage. The parking on the first floor is a little more challenging to get parking than the second floor. The parking garage has a bridge connecting to Macy’s too. The department store is easy to navigate. The men's section in the basement. The shoes, young women's clothes, handbags, and skincare are on the ground floor. The woman's clothes are on the second floor. The salespersons at Macy’s are usually nice and helpful. But sometimes they’re short handed! Especially on the weekends or holidays."

"Macy's is a wonderful department store with so many great sales going on all the time. And you also get rewarded when you buy things in the form of Macy's cash. I recently was able to get $10 off some Nike shoes I bought at Macy's due to a recent purchase. Macy's is a bit of American nostalgia as well too. The Macy's at Arden Fair Mall is always very busy on the weekends , especially during the holidays. Just be aware of that. Everything is really crowded at this time of year. Otherwise I highly recommend it. There is also a Macy's in downtown Sacramento that is far less crowded. That one is also just as nice, if not nicer. It is adjacent to the golden one center and has its own parking structure. Which Macy's does validate for."
