"If you’re in the south bay, just go to the big o in san jose instead of this one. These guys are just pretending to be experts and don’t want anyone questioning them. First there was confusing about which tires they were installing and the manager behaved aggressively about why i’m going with the tires that their own employee recommended me. Then, I had a few questions about the wheel rim size after the tires were installed and they didn’t even know the rim size of the wheels. The manager became very passive aggressive when i politely asked to check the rim size. That’s the customer service you get for your money. Never going back to this location."

"I had a great experience today. I came in for an oil change and the team was very helpful, they went above and beyond with my car, catching on to a few other things that I was unaware of. This team is efficent and detail orientated and I was very happy with my service. It took about 90 minutes to get the oil change. I recommed them if you are looking for one!"
