"We had a wonderful time shopping at Talbots yesterday. Customer service was excellent and the selection was exciting. We will visit again soon."
"Talbot's has good quality clothing, and with sales or coupons items are more affordable. The service is helpful, whether tracking an order or assistance with selecting products. I appreciate the relaxed but professional atmosphere of the store. I also like to sometimes order online, and deliver to the store so I can go in and be sure of the fit."
"This is a very pleasant store with helpful clerks. Not like the malls. Here you find nice kind helpful people."
"I recently charged something at a Talbot's store in Roseville. I have an above average credit rating and I am a customer who expects to be billed if I use a credit card. I can afford what I buy so I pay by check when I get the bill!! Talbot's could not be bothered to bill me but they emailed me today inferring I would not pay them I guess. I called them and they informed me that I was the one which disenrolled in getting the credit card statement which was a lie. I don't even know how to do that. I am paying the bill in person tomorrow at the store and turning in the credit card. I do not want to do business with anyone using a sleezy operation like Comenity Bank. I have had dealings with Comenity Bank before because of shopping at J Jill and I had the exact same disappointing situation. Comenity is a sad excuse for a bank. I think they think more of terms of "collections." Ugh. If I shop at J JILL I will pay in cash."
"All staff are extremely nice here. Clothing is made well. If you buy well (classic design versus contemporary), the amount you pay for the item will be worth the price since the material used on some items is of a higher quality."
