However, in the steps to get the ball rolling on this, I could not reach the store by phone or email even though this information was provided to me as a way to contact a Best Buy employee. The phone number goes to a call center and no one responded to my email. This means that if there are any changes or problems with the order, you have to go to the store in person to resolve the issue."

"I came to this Best Buy to pick up my online order. I had some reward dollars to use before it expires in July so I pick this location to pick up the 2032 battery. This Best Buy is near my work office so that's why I pick it and I was already familiar with the area since I went to other stores in the same plaza. I came when they just open and they were not busy. Some people were there to pick up their final fantasy game but I just walked to the store pickup line and they give me my item. I was curious to see what they have here so I decided to walk around the store. I went to the computer accessories area to see what Corsair stuff they have. They seem to be pretty well stocked because they had a lot of Corsair, Logitech, Steelseries, Razer and Hyperx products. The staff were nice, I was greeted at the entrance and he told me where the store pickup line was."
