The employee who assisted me was very pleasant. I valued her opinions on my pick purchases. This gave me more leverage to say "No" to 'on the fly purchases' and stuck to my budget. It felt good. I recommend T.J Maxx for your next shopping day."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Got a ring as a gift that still had the tag on it. I didn't have a gift receipt. The lady at the jewelry counter said they couldn't return because the tag showed no description. Then the manager said it had a description of a different ring. TWO DIFFERENT STORIES EQUALS A LIE! They said they don't know if it came from their store even though it had the tag and other pieces of jewelry with the exact same style. I have spent alot of money at tj maxx and even own a credit card. To be treated like a thief is unacceptable!!! F you tj maxx"

"The best off-price department store in the region, with a wide selection of last-year fashions at 25-45% off, great housewares and bedding, intimates, bags, and furniture. Shoe selection is sketchy, but great for personal grooming items. I bought a luscious skin cream for a few bucks. If you have time, this place is a goldmine for bargains, especially during Christmas. Ask about delivery days; that's when you'll hit the jackpot."
