Ross Dress for Less

"I would have given this Ross a 5 star because they always have everything so nice and neat, and I can tell that the store management cares about their store. The reason why I didn't give the store 5 stars is because I notice that they only hire Ukrainian/Russian people ( I don't know which of those 2 cultures the people are but they all communicate with each other in their language) which is discriminatory. There are only a few other employees in this store who are not Ukrainian/Russian and it is obvious that whomever Is in charge of the hiring process, seem to be discriminating against people who are not of their ethnicity. I know personally because someone who I know (who is not Ukrainian/ Russian or white) interviewed and were qualified, but did not get hired. And yet each time I shop at this store, I see new employees at this store who are ALL White Ukranian/Russian. "Everyone" should have equal opportunity to work there. Other than that MAJOR concern, this Ross has good customer service and the store is organized and set up to appeal shoppers. They just need to hire people of other ethnicities"

"This Ross has a better selection than some of the other Ross stores. Their shoes are usually stocked pretty well, although name brand shoes like Nike and Adidas are over priced. And if you want a decent handbag like Michael Kors or Calvin Klein, you'll get better prices almost anywhere else. However, I will say they have a nice selection of Betsey Johnson and Guess bags and purses and they are all at great prices. The clothing at this Ross location is better then other Ross locations and definitely more organized."

"The store was very clean and well organized. The overall quality of their products I thought was very good. A greeter at the front door made me feel safe and I appreciated the complementary hand sanitizer. The products I inspected were in good condition and we’re not dented or scratched. They were running low on the more popular sizes for men, probably need to coordinate my visits with their more recent shipments."
