California Pizza Kitchen at Topanga

"We ordered a beer and a soda almost as soon as we sat down and were asked if we knew what we wanted. 15 minutes went by and no good order taken or refreshments served. A Mgr came over and we both ordered salads. Place wasn't full but it seemed to have taken a long time. We tried to get our servers attention so many times but she wouldn't look our way. After the Mgr brought our food, the non existent server was asking every ten minutes how things were, things were great no thanks to her! We had to rely on the bus boy and the Mgr to get things done."

"Quite ran down. Sad atmosphere. The spinach dip is using extenders, not really cream cheese instead they use a cheating technique or making it rich with some sort of bechamel as base or thickened with potato starch, NO REAL cheese USED NOR ARTICHOKES. Pizza were same, nothing special anymore compared to all the other real Italian pizzas around. WON'T RECOMMEND WHEN YOU'VE GOT ALL THE OTHER BETTER OPTIONS AROUND."

"Unfortunetly CPK in topanga is the worse restaurant , due to poor management and very poor hygiene and cleaning. Floors are always dirty tables are not wiping dawn correctly and happened to me personally they sat me dawn on a table with tons of trash under the table . Disgusting. And today they brought my order wrong and once made it clear with manager which they didn’t wanna accept it , finally after 25 minutes wait on one guest , they brought the pasta out while every one were done with there food and not even bother apology nor even discount on the bill . I personally after 3 different bad experience will not go back to this location as I never had bad experience in other location but hope this gets to whom it may concerns. I really dont think the manager in that restaurant knows his job nor managing it correctly nor even cares. Oh and forgot to mention I made an order to go and they filled the to go box half way. Not even full meal. I just hate this location as much as is close to my house and in the middle of heavy traffic mall but need serious change on staff and management"

"Delicious food, caring staff, and amazing environment for a wonderful lunch! The staff were quite caring and friendly, immediately greeting us as we entered and accommodating us accordingly. The food was delicious, with many options available. I would definitely return and recommend this place to my family and friends!"
