Torrid

"Woman working here was very rude. It made me so uncomfortable I left and decided to purchase online. Luckily I was only visiting so this isn’t my home store. I’m a torrid icon member so I spend big money here monthly. Thank God this woman’s level of service is not common in torrid stores. Yikes!! I think she may have been management too. My suggestion is don’t give up on torrid… just go to a different location!"

"I’m writing this because I’m very unhappy with the service I received here. I came to grab some new boots didn’t see any I liked so asked one of there employees Corine for assistance to see when new boots will come in. She gave me a stank attitude and did not help me at all. I wanted to fight her so bad so she lucky i was in a good mood. But yeah she should not be working in the industry if she has a disgusting attitude."

"I went to this store Friday night to get some comfy clothes as I’m pregnant and decided to come to this location because it’s new. It was awful. They have no bigger sizes in ANY of their clothing. For a plus size store, everything came in a 1 or 2. Nothing bigger in store. The employee who helped me (I believe her name was Corina or Karen - and I think she was a manager/lead) made a comment that she didn’t want me “giving birth in her store” and walked away and wouldn’t help me. I left. The Arden location is much better. Hopefully they don’t treat all their customers as rudely as they treated me."

"After noticing this new location I decided to pop in to look for an outfit for an upcoming wedding. The manager, I believe her name was Corrine, was so incredibly helpful! I’m not great at styling for my body shape and needed help. She was so wonderful! She gathered several items that were all perfect! I’m hooked and will definitely be returning."
