TOGO'S Sandwiches

"This place needs a face-lift haha. The customer service is okay at times. The sandwiches are decent. But it's just outdated!"

"Called in sandwich order today at 2:40 PM, the person taking the order was low tone in speaking. When I requested the order I told her I had some modifications. When I asked for the modifications, she said, that doesn’t normally come with that. I said, I know, that’s why I’m asking for it. She then replied, “You don’t need to be rude.” I said, I wasn’t being g rude, I was clarifying what I wanted. She then said, is that all? I said yes please. She then hung up on me. When I went to pick up the sandwiches, she was a younger girl heavyset behind the counter at approximately 2:45 PM. My receipt time says 247 which was rung up by a young man, while she finished making the sandwiches. When The sandwiches were done, she walked over and plopped the bag on the counter. She didn’t say here’s your order, she didn’t say thank you, she plopped the bag on the counter, turned her back and walked away. It’s not that she’s rude, it’s that she’s so incredibly immature. If she’s going to be that immature, why is she even waiting on people and working in a public place? I realize it’s difficult to find good help today, but now that fast food pay is up to $20 per hour, you would think they could find bettet staff, or at least people with some sense of customer service. It’s unfortunate. She was so rude after accusing me of being rude over the phone. She said I was rude for just telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. One more funny side note. I requested sandwich #27, she said, “We don’t have that, what is it? I said, it’s a BLT sandwich. When I got the receipt, it showed sandwich #27! Too funny! This location needs better help, better staff, better train people. Victoria is named as the server on the receipt."

"Want to give 1 star but will give a bonus for the freshness of the food. Came in on a rainy afternoon, totally empty, 3 employees behind the counter. 1 new trainee made our 5 sandwiches while 2 other girls behind the counter just watched and ate chips, one of them being the shift lead. It took so long to get our full food! 3 people were done eating their sandwiches before the last 2 were made. And the last sandwich was missing items. I don’t blame the trainee, he was slow, new, and doing his best. The other 2 should have jumped in and helped make sandwiches. Watching one of the girls just stand there, staring, eating chips all open mouth chewer style was crazy making. Hard pass on togos from here out."
