"I had to mobile order so I just went in and picked up lunch but sat down to eat in the restaurant. They had it ready and the restaurant was one of the cleanest I've seen for a Jack in the box. That being said I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and a medium Pepsi for lunch. One star because I got food poisoning and massive diarrhea that night. Could be the ingredients in the hamburger or mold in their ice or something else. Will not stop here ever again for lunch."

"I hardly eat out. I was driving to pick someone up so I stopped. What a mistake. Went through the drive-through asked for my french fries to be cooked crispy. They were still white and cold, my tacos, which were too small ones were still cold. Walked inside ask them if they could please re-make my french fries they did, during the time the young girls, stared at me talking to each other On their headsets. When I got my food, the young girl at the register was super nice here’s your french fries. I said, thank you as I walked out the door. One of the gentleman in the back decided to make a pig call as I walked out. I got in my car. I was on the phone with my friend and I cried. Was such a horrible horrible experience"

"My large fries were not put in the bag at the drive thru. Tried calling but they do not answer phone. I caught a ride there and do not have ride back. Food is good but they shorted me.. thieves"

"Late night/early morning order. Got 8 chicken sandwiches so they were piping hot. Ordered loaded tiny tacos as well. The tacos were ok, they were jammed into a small box, so not all of them were sauced but the outside of the box sure was .. had to ask for napkins - dude gave me like 5.. I had ordered 9 items, the amount of napkins should at minimum match amount of food ordered."

"I hate to do this but waited 20 minutes in the car line just to get food with a long hair…I was enjoying the food until I saw the hair was gross out!!!!!"
