"This place is absolutely amazing. We came on a super busy day valentine day, they had short staff due to people calling out. The General Manager was outstanding. I work in service myself I understand things happen, but people should base their reviews on what they do in bad situations. I can not stress that enough. I already love their amazing food and steak fries. Lamb O was great while I waited. I just wanted to acknowledge the AMAZING GM again thank you once again."

"My sister brought my daughter, baby and me in over the weekend and it was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. It took forever to get seated but once we finally got a server we only saw him 2 the whole night. He never came to give any of us a refill. My 1 year got his burnt hot dogs before we were ever offered the all you can eat fries. By the time we got our fries it had been 35 minutes. After an hour of waiting we finally flagged down the waiter to check if the food was ever started and it came out about 10 minutes later. The food was disgusting. I told the manager and all she offered was a friends discount. NONE of us ate more than 2 bites of our food. The bites I took were in my napkin because I literally couldn't chew it. I'll never ever come back to this Red Robin. I've never had these problems at the Folsom location."
