"Clean and neat. Greeted upon walk in; this is very important as I walk in, makes you feel important and wanted. The ordering process is quick and organized. Order brought to your table, with an added touch of a fresh, crispy dill pickle, perfect. Sandwiches are fresh, artisan, and meticulously arranged. I've bought many sandwiches here and they do maintain consistency as the sandwich tastes the same every time I come in regardless of type. Floors are neat and clean, tables wiped off almost immediately after someone leaves. Bathroom tidy and neat, clean. Overall great atmosphere. To the franchise owner, who I have personally met, she is a team player. If staffing is low or thinks they need help, she is right in it and helping. This is so important, employees appreciate and respect this. Great leadership qualities. I have so much respect for this location. Feel comfort sitting down and eating a fabulous sandwich or other items, such as soup, salads and more."

"Unfortunately, I'm having to leave this bad review after years of coming here, and was always very satisfied. Until I met Vanessa, the shift leader. My co-workers and I frequent this spot often as the food is usually wonderful and the service is also. But I was greeted by the shift leader vanessa, she took my phone order and when I proceeded to come in person to pick it up, she very rudely told me she had several garbage cans in her store. I was very confused as to why she was telling me this, I said, "ok..." She said you need to use the trash cans instead of littering all over our parking lot. In all my life I have never littered not one time, especially in a parking lot full of businesses. At first I thought perhaps she had me mistaken with someone else, but when I realized how rude and persistent she was, making rude and snide comments to the other workers, and speaking about me saying that I was "mad because I litter" She was obviously very confused, or possibly on some sort of drugs. It is with disappointment that I will have to tell the rest of my employees, friends, and family to not do business with this restaurant any longer. Hopefully no one else will be attacked or bothered by vanessa. And hopefully she can find a different place of employment, although with her attitude and her disrespectful tone, I highly doubt that's possible... Zero stars for Vanessa PS. My coworker went back inside for her order, Vanessa told her "hope you enjoy that" Now we all have to throw our food away, because we don't know what she did to it. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate."

"Pretty clean sandwich shop. Arrived at 1040 am and the door was still locked. But the friendly staff and fresh bread and fresh produce made the wait worth it. Ordered the Italian with only yellow mustard and lettuce. It was very good. The guy who took our order just needs to be trained a little better. He doesn’t listen to what you want. Told him lettuce and yellow mustard only 4 times. Over all a good experience."

"Love this places. In my opinion it’s one of the best sandwich places in Sacramento area. Soups here are pretty good as well especially claim chowder."

"Came here to get a sandwich and salad with my girls before heading to the lake. Never been here before and wanted to try something other than subway and sandwich spot. My daughters ordered the Italian salad and a southwest salad. The italian salad was ok. Nothing special and certainly not worth 10.00. My other daughter liked the southwest salad. She thought it was very good. They give you a piece of hot sourdough with the salad. I ordered a 6 inch pastrami and swiss toasted. The guy making the sandwich was not happy. He seemed mad that I wanted my bread extra crispy. The bread was very good. Pastrami is pastrami. But he put so much mustard on the sandwich...it was over bearing. Subway is better than this ...and quiznos is way better... I have no desire to come back here again. For the sandwich at 8.00...and the small salad at 10 bucks...there are far better places to eat with much better flavor."
