"The mobile order system here is consistently awful. They are regularly 10-15 minutes late on making mobile orders. They can have no one in the regularly line and the employees are standing around or doing tasks completely unrelated to current orders. Either these employees need more time in the morning for prep or this location needs better management."

"Who doesn't put lettuce in a salad? We regularly order food for pickup from the app. It's consistently late by about 15-20 minutes, but we figure hey, everyone's understaffed and underpaid, we'll just order it earlier. But this time was too much. It was actually ready on time, but probably because they forgot to finish making it. I ordered a salad, they put the toppings in, even included the salad dressing, but left out the actual lettuce? Who fills a bowl like 1/3 of the way and closes it up without thinking something is missing? Like maybe the #1 ingredient in a salad? I'm so done with this location. I realize it's just fast food, but this many consistent errors and this much consistent poor service? A $10 bowl of slop? I can't deal anymore. Order at your own risk, y'all."

"This location has had issues for a long time. I am no longer going to go to this location as it has given me food poisoning. If you do a mobile order you'll have to wait a long time. Tables are not frequently cleaned. Staff are unable to follow instructions from customers on how to make their food properly. Food will make you sick from failing to follow food safety protocols. I reported my experience to the county. This location needs a complete overhaul of its personnel."
