"I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Uzbek restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left a lasting impression on my taste buds and heart. "In a nutshell; one of the best tasting shawarma in town. I wasn't too familiar with Uzbek Cuisine so thought to try this place out. It's a small spot with comfy booths. The menu wasn't the largest and they were out of one of the items in the menu at the time but I was pleasantly surprised with how good the shawarma was. The outer layer was lightly toasted and crispy which compliments the inner layer of the delicious chicken and the rest of the goodness. Looking forward to try the rest of the menu. Handful of parking spots outside. Staff were nice. Overall a good experience. Seems they have a food truck by north highlands so if you can't drive by citrus heights, there's a truck by north highlands."

"Delicious, authentic Uzbekistan cuisine made in a true home-cooked style. We were particularly impressed by how good their take on shawarma is. It is loaded with delicious meat, creamy and crunchy. We could not get enough of the authentic Uzbek Samsa, served with a traditional tomato sauce. The lagman soup with handmade noodles was very soothing on this cold winter day. Very happy with the quality of the food, the home-cooked style, the lack of grease or deep fried preparations and the prompt and polite service. Restaurant is clean and well maintained, meat served is halal (for those who are observant). Very excited to come back soon"

"The most delicious Uzbek cuisine in the area with decent prices, portions are pretty large. It’s a small, but very clean & beautiful restaurant. This time we enjoyed plov, lagman, manti & achichuk for 2 people, got manti for kids to go. Also had baklava for dessert which is not on the menu, btw, so you just have to ask what kind of sweets they have. Perfect place for the families with children to enjoy delightful food."
