"So my reviews are based on a number of things. If I don’t like something or a place or an item, I am very straight forward with my reviews. I was one of the few that won the free medium burrata cheese pizza that was being given away to the first 10 who called with the phrase “burrata pie”. Let me say it was great. The service by the owner/manager was great. Real cool guys working there. The pizza was insanely good. My ideal pizza is a crispy thing New York style pizza. This was up there with others I’ve had and I would go back and buy one. Their wings are crazy crispy as well even thoe I did not get them this time around. Oh and he even threw in 2 free bagels of my choice so that was above and beyond! Thanks Guys."

"We are from out of town and we're told to try this place by some locals. Fast and friendly service. When we got our pizza they suggested us to try it with some hot honey drizzled on it, total game changer for pizza! It was amazing. They even gave our daughter a dessert after we were finished. Glad we gave this place a try. We will definitely be back when we come back though this town. Highly recommend!"

"The East Coast Pizza Company is a Pizza joint located almost smack dab in the middle of Simi Valley ( Tapo Canyon area ). It's been around at least as long as we've lived here, and we used to get take out a lot due to the unique varieties of pizza they had. They have lunch specials on the weekday, but you have to be quick the closer it gets to 4 pm, the less options you have. As I stated before, we used to get this all the time when we first moved to town, but the quality does fluctuate, and with closer Pizza restaurants to consider, we don't get it nearly as much. They still have some of the best white sauce Pizza to date in the Simi area, so thats always a bonus. Furthermore, it's a local chain, so it's good to support local businesses if given the chance. Whenever I'm in Tapo to watch a movie and I have time, it's definitely worth going in to grab a slice or two."

"This is another spot that I have been eyeballing for a while so I finally went when I was back in the area. It’s a classic strip mall joint with a nice outdoor setting. The inside had NY vibes and a wall with photos of celebrities that have been there. I was thrilled to find out that Flick from A Christmas Story frequents the pizzeria. Hey Flick, if your out there, please sign my Leg Lamp!! Anyways, I ordered a pep calzone, XL Hawaiian pie, and an XL pepperoni. The pizza was NY style, thin, a little flop, little crisp and tasted decent. I would give it a California 8.2 band a solid NYC 6.8. The calzone was amazing scoring a California 9.1 and a NYC 7.8. I will be back again, next time I’m in the area."

"I’ve been a customer for a while. I don’t do delivery anymore. That last few times it’s taken over an hour and a half. It’s also necessary to check your order as of late as well. They charge for extra sauce on their wings. The last two times, after paying for extra sauce, the wings have been all but dry. If you’re going to charge for it, even if it’s only 25¢, provide it. Sauce is cheap, losing customers because you aren’t putting enough sauce is expensive. They’ve got one more chance. At least the pizza is good."
