"I'm trying to be delicate in this review. This morning my drive-thru order was given little to no concern to the quality of or the accuracy of my order. As someone who ALWAYS orders his food the exact same way... for 35+ years... my order never varies. This morning: ME: "One Del Cheeseburger, Cheese and lettuce only, no sauce. Also, one Steak toasted Wrap, no sauce. DT: Sauce on the burger? ME: Sauce on nothing... Cheese and lettuce only. DT: Ok.. Del Cheeseburger, no onions. ME: CHEESE AND LETTUCE ONLY!! No sauce, no onions! Ok, drive forward.... and as we were pulling away I could hear her telling the cook... "Bacon Breakfast Wrap" SERIOUSLY?? From the order at the speaker... to the confirmation at the window ... they never once got it right. None of them. At the window.....RE-confirming the details (Del Cheeseburger, lettuce only) again.... they STILL GOT IT WRONG... No Lettuce on it!!! WHY?? Nothing in this world could be easier, and yet... not a single care was given. I had to get out of my car (I am disabled and why I chose a drive-thru in the first place) and walk with my incorrect burger. How annoying. DEL TACO OWNER..... reach out to me! -Aaron"
"Very economical food, fries are some of the best anywhere. This particular Del Taco seems to have real organizational problem. I have almost stopped going there because the service is disorganized. Went last night, had a mobile order. It was made as soon as I arrived, but it took them 20 minutes just to realize it was done and give it to me."
"Got 5 breakfast burritos and they were horrible. The manager said she'd replace them for me but after that they still were way too salty and all the ingredients were stuffed in the bottom so half your burrito was just tortilla. Mgr was very nice but the breakfast was poor at best."
"Today my visit was great the lady in the drive threw was Kaitlyn, she did a great job taking my order and got everything correct as I asked. My food was good but I think the Epic Chicken Guac burrito was alittle over-rated it was short and stubby smaller than the Del Taco Classic Burrito.. My fries were perfect but the lady replaced them with some that were excellent! Overall great visit much appreciated to those working during these crazy times!!"
