"An excellent restaurant for those seeking their first exposure to Peruvian food. I have been for dinner and the lunch buffet ($18) and been please with the food and experience both times. Can’t go wrong with the causas, ceviches, and the various braised dishes at the lunch buffet. Don’t forget to order extra Aji Huancaína."

"It has been difficult finding a Peruvian Restaurant. I used to live in Peru and have been craving Peruvian food for years! It's either the food does not taste authentic or it is too expensive when finding one here. La Huaca has met my expectations and cravings. The service was quick- our waitress gave us plenty of time to order and our food came out within 15-20 minutes. It was affordable and the taste was there. It gave me flashbacks! Pachamanca was one of my favorite dishes while living in Peru and they did a great job making it. The restaurant itself is vibrant with plenty of seating. They were still building the bar area during the time we went. Highly recommend if you have not had Peruvian food."
