"I witness something horrible when a customer had a food allergy ,the request for a simple modification was ignored by the cooks even with proper notifications to cooks and notes on the receipt. after it was sent back twice the manager told the customer that they couldn't prevent food mixing."

"Compare this store and the one next to Costco, this one have really bad customer service. We ordered four taco and had a coupon for free chips but they stilll charged us for the chips. Not very helpful at all. Will come back again to give another try but it was definitely a very disappointed experience."
