"Ordered online through their app, waited nearly an hour for our food for it to be all wrong. It was cold and soggy. We called our delivery service and said there was nothing they can do. So we went in person and they said they couldn’t do anything. No refund, no remake. Unprofessional workers and their person in charge, who I was told wasn’t their actual manager, had an attitude and did nothing to help us. Never coming here again."

"Food was good, place is relatively clean, staff seem to be nice and willing to answer your questions and help. They don't have a trash can by their Coca Cola freestyle machine and there's sometimes a mess of straws and lids from other customers, this has been an issue at this location for months. For this particular order and a few past couple of orders, the website shows a certain time to pick up a web order (20-30 minutes) but when I got there roughly on time I was kept waiting for an additional 30 or so minutes because they "got a lot of doordash and delivery orders suddenly" Issue that really needs fixing."

"I came and place an order Sunday 1/14/2024 around 4:07 I was told the wit was 35 minutes after waiting 1 hour I asked a worker and se said 3 more minutes I wait 14 more minutes and o wen to ask again and the cashier never printed my order so I was told I had to wait 20 more minutes I’m very upset about this the worker didn’t even apologized for his mistake and they instead of giving my food they asked me if I wanted a refund that will appear in my account three days after!!!!!!! I’m really really mad about all this never ever coming here again this is the guy who took my order his name is Joseph"

"By far the worst service ever at this place. Was placed on hold for 10 minutes before getting hung up on. Called back and the lady answering the phone is rude and demanded place the order online before hanging up on me mid sentence. Paid extra for all flats but still got the order mixed up & the wings were fried so hard you could break a window with them smh. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Never going here again."

"I ordered online, and the pick-up was quick and on time. Ordered the value meal of 20wings and came with fries and dips, was a good one. Fries were warm, but on soggy side and no crunch. Wings were good, tried the atomic, mango habenaro, original and lemon pepper. Loved the mango habenaro, and my daughter loved the original. Lemon pepper did not have much lemon flavor, and it tasted sweet. Atomic was good but not my favorite from these four."
