"We really loved their burgers, fries and chicken strips!! Found this place on DoorDash and loved it so much we came in person! Needless to say we had such a great experience and the staff was super super friendly and nice! 10/10!"
"The regular hamburger was not regular, it was really good. We enjoyed the onion rings and the chili tater tots. Definitely would go there again soon!"
"Definitely a good burger. I had the Cheeesy burger and added bacon. In my opinion, it was a good burger. Although I didn't order the milk shake, they do look goooooood."
"SHORT VERSION: Pricey. Great fries. Coke products. Burger was OK, but not great, and a mistake in prep made it impossible for me to enjoy. LONG VERSION: As you may recognize from my reviews, I love burgers and finding new burger places to try is always fun This place looked promising, even tucked away in an odd corner of a strip mall. It's apparently a chain place, but not one I've run across before. I ordered one of their specialties, a Double Bacon Burger. As always, because I have a fairly violent allergy, I asked for it without onions. The receipt reflects my request clearly, which I think is great. I added on fries and a drink (they have Coke products, which is my preference). Cost? $22 after tip. That's a little steep, even around here. They gave me a cup to get my own soda from a fountain on one side. That's all good. I sat near there as well. The restaurant is on the end of the strip mall, so the seating is in a long corridor-like shape around the order counter and food prep area. That's always a little awkward (and I did have another customer run into me as she passed), but I sat away from the traffic aisle and it was okay. The counter guy brought me my food and it looked good (see photo). The fries were right out of the basket, hot, and properly salted. Not fresh cut, but good. So good that I only got about half of them in the photo because the rest of them were already in me. Then I went to take a bite from the burger and chopped white onions fell out. Bad news. Bringing it back to the counter, it took a couple minutes to get someone's attention. He told me he'd take care of it and took the whole tray (including my fries) while I went back to my table. Less than a minute later, they had the tray back. They took the top bun (with the sauce and onions) and maybe the lettuce leaf off and put a new top in its place. That's poor form. A severe allergy can be triggered by food traces, and there were still pieces of onion stuck to my food. But I really wanted to like the place and it cost me enough that I was unwilling to ditch it and grab a bite at a drive thru, which would have been smarter. So I cleaned it off better and ate it. It was decent, but the bacon was a little stringy instead of crisp and I was paranoid about there being more raw onion chunks, meaning I was inspecting every bite. I occasionally still tasted onion. Not enough to set off my allergy, but enough to keep me from enjoying the burger. It could be a good place. The fries wee on point. The basic burger was good quality. But between the price and the mistake, I'm unlikely to come back. There are a lot of other burger places to try near here. One last note: I sat near the soda fountain. There are no trash cans. I watched other patrons stand and look for where to put their trays. One put hers in the order pickup area and the other left theirs on the table. I left mine, but then saw trash cans and a tray collection near the front door when I left. Sorry to whoever had to clear my dishes."
"Two Double Bacon Cheeseburgers with fries and a side of Mac & Cheese Bites. The burgers were super tasty. The mac & cheese bites were crispy outside and soft and cheesy gooey inside. I asked for a side of mayonnaise for the fries and she immediately turned and got it for me without the eye roll I'm used to at the habit."
