Despite being busy, she took the time to patiently answer all their silly questions about cooking the hot dogs. Her kindness went above and beyond. The food was delicious, and the overall customer service was excellent!"

"Took my girls here, but will not come back again. Jacy is the worst. She should not be working in customer service. She saw us walking towards the establishment and she walked away. Hid in the back for a few minutes til she realized I was going to wait since my girls really wanted a hot dog on a stick. Doesn't say anything, just stares you down until you pay. Doesn't call your number out when your food is ready. Just leaves it on the counter and goes back on her phone. She needs to go. And this wasn't the first time she's done that. Everyone just go elsewhere, so you don't have to deal with her attitude."
