"I come here once or twice a year. The food is usually very hot and fresh EVERY visit! This time I hate to report our burgers weren’t hot, they were actually cold. Yes cold. To make it worse, we didn’t get our fries for 5 meals. My daughter went back in to get them thinking they would be already to go, but she had to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones. I’m not exaggerating. BUT it was well worth the wait because the fries they gave her were fresh, hot, and my mom’s favorite, they were salty!!! So big win in the end! It was about 2:30pm today. My mom ordered the protein style cheese burger and it was delicious, but it was so watery. The contents of the burger got everywhere. The burger wasn’t wrapped too well. But everything was very good as usual!"
