"The employees here are amongst the most friendly and helpful I ever had serve me. The bread was fresh, making for some really good sandwiches. The biggest reason I'll be back was the way I was treated by the staff. Very impressive."

"First time ever going to a Mr. Pickles. Literally took 20 minutes to order my sandwich with only 3 sandwiches ahead of me and 4 employees on staff. Then it took 20 minutes to ring me up. Cashier kept giving out DoorDash orders instead of taking care of customers in the store. This guy had a broken arm and the other 3 employees expected him to ring up all the waiting customers, Get drinks filled for all the DoorDash orders and then after he was done he could ring up the 5 people waiting to pay. I asked the manager if anyone was ringing up orders and her response was that he only has one arm instead of stepping in to help. Needless to say I will never come back to a Mr. Pickles again. Really bad first impression and no apologies what so ever. Also they microwave their pastrami and they hardly put any on the sandwich."

"Worst location, long haired guy guaranteed to mess your order up. Usually he was just using the wrong bread or missing smaller items but this last time he forgot to add any meat on mine. Making a whole sandwich and not realizing there's no meat when the store is empty is unforgivable, especially when I didn't realize until I was home. And in their minds giving me a free bag of chips would fix it all. Run by children."

"$15 for a sandwich and regular drink!!?? Less meat and more lettuce on the smallest large size sandwich in the industry. Good service but there is no value here. Just like every restaurant out there, they are using Covid as a reason to fleece customers and offer less for more $$$. Not worth it and my last time going here."
