"I got a cookie dough polar swirl for $5 it was not even 3/4 full with only a few of the cookie dough pieces. Both our sodas were filled the same."

"We asked for the food fresh and we were very nice about it but it was not fresh at all, the food was cold and stale, the workers had a stale attitude like the food, and overall it was terrible, i work at a fast food restaurant and this is definitely not how we handle things. Never coming here again and i recommend you don't either.For over $40 you would expect to see more than the outcome."

"The team looks way too comfortable not doing anything while on the drive thru. 4 team members just chilling in the back and they got my order incorrect. Did a substitution of coleslaw for Mac n cheese and still got coleslaw. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce, literally got like 4 packs each when I ordered a family meal of 12. This place and the workers is such a joke that these youngsters are so lazy this generation."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I spent $0 here. I haven’t ordered anything. Instead, I’m sitting outside the restaurant at 10:43am. The hours on the doors, Google, everything says this location should be open, but it’s not. The doors are locked, the chairs are still on the dining room tables, and the staff who are in there are ignoring the fact that they have a customer. I understand staff shortages. I understand having to open late. But there’s no sign, nothing that indicates that they KNOW that they’re behind schedule. Bad form."

"IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!! I came to get a hearty and satisfying famous bowl and got 4 pieces in total of popcorn chicken. What the heck happened to the rest of the chicken in the famous bowl?! I don't get it. Also, if you come here with separate orders in one vehicle. Get prepared to pay for one order and then get back in line for the other(s). How is that okay? Especially if you been waiting patiently in line. Bull****"
