"After waiting in the drive through (with no one in front of me) for 15 minutes, got home with 2 disgusting chicken tender wraps that are on a special?? They are so dried out I couldn't eat them. $6.47 later tried to phone them and went to voice mail. I will return tomorrow with a full one and another half. How can this restaurant even sell these? I'm dumbfounded!"

"The manager here is very rude and condescending. They deliver trash food or the wrong order then tries to tell you how it was your fault. There’s another Carl’s Jr not too far away. Save your time and go get food that’s prepared correctly and edible."
"Took advantage of a special on the app for a take out order. As soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted by Alex, the Manager. He saw me step towards the bathroom and offered me a key before I could even ask. When I told him I’d hit him up later because I placed a mobile order he used my name to ask if I wanted it to go. By the time I made it back, he was handing me my order. Best service ever!!!"
"I came here about a week ago and wow I was extremely satisfied with not only the customer service but also the food. A great experience that made me want to come back more frequently! I was so satisfied that I asked the guys name that took my order because I knew I wanted to write a review and send some kudos his way.
