"One of the employees just sounded and acted like they just hated it there and I felt that energy. Kinda made me hate it there too sis. This is one of the reason I dont eat Wingstop anymore. The closing manager was cool though."

"I arrived a little past my eta time but still waited 5 mins before the cashier acknowledged that I walked in. I also waited an extra 20 mins for my order. Service is gonna be a 1 star. No greeting or even good vibe so Atmosphere gonna be a 1 star. Y'all need better leadership. There wasn't one employee there that was calling out the fails. At least someone who gives a poop about greeting customers would make a difference. But I'm sitting here writing this and there's two people who just walked in. Neither were greeted. Update: just got my order 30 mins late. The food is hot so that means that kitchen is behind. But as I glance in the kitchen, staff are on their phones. Not only is that a lack of leadership issue, but a potential health issue."

"Well it's ok. I went to pick up our family's online order. When we got our order home, we realized that there was quite a bit wrong with our order. I immediately called and was invited to come back for them to fix my order. When I arrived the 2nd time, I was barely out of my car and the cashier met me at the door with my order all ready to go. I thought that was sweet and courteous. But when I returned home again, we noticed that our order still was not right. I didn't even bother to call again, my family was good and hungry by then. The food was good."

"Long wait but food is good. This location has the soda machine that's digital and your soda always doesn't taste right like there's a shot of Fanta in your coke or something off a bit. It's always like that on the digital soda dispensers, not the people who work here's fault, just a bad business choice. I don't order soda from these locations anymore and stop at a convenience store instead for the good stuff"

"Was on point ✅… fresh hot and I even warmed up the lemon pepper sandwich two days later in oven of course was still so good and not dry A-1 ..staff was super chill and cool too ty Guys"
