"Three people waited, almost 15 minutes to have our order taken, and nobody took the order. Two workers, one young man in a man bun was just standing around looking lost. A gentleman who I presume was the owner dressed very nicely, just looked around and did absolutely nothing."

"I ordered the new nacho burger probably about 5 times since it came out and sure look forward to the Corn nuts on that burger. Last night it was ordered and I received about 4 corn nuts. It was tasty but with new promotions and burgers s.o.p should be followed. To keep your customers returning. Thank you for the great service. Follow your s.o.p :)"

"Trash! I can't believe the quality in the food I received Oct 1st around 5pm. No one in drive thru. I ordered a biggie bag, a pumpkin spice frosty, and the new nacho burger. 1st they were out of straws, I asked for honey mustard at the window and they gave me sweet & sour. Everything in biggie bag was cold. The frosty was a little runny, and the nacho burger bun was hard and burger was just warm. Not sure why they couldn't atleast heat my burger up, but I'll never go back to that location. Please have some type of compassion when giving people their food at these fast food places. I like Wendy's but this was definitely a turn off."

"The food was great! Nice and hot. The cashier was polite. But the restaurant outside was so filthy. Please see attached photos. It's so disgusting. The health Dept should pay them a visit. Why isn't the Manager assigning a crewmember to empty the outdoors trashcans."
