"Food was good, had to wait for white rice but that’s understandable and it came out quick! They were out of many items of food which makes sense with the closing hours, but that is no excuse for slow service. You’d think the employees would work quickly to get all customers through but it felt like it took about a minute for the employee to register my order with each step. Overall it was fine just abnormally slow."

"The staff here really hustle! I believe it was Kaylee who helped us. She was polite, fast, and helpful. One of my best experiences at a Chipotle in a long time. I only wish that this location was closer to my home. Keep up the great work!"

"ATTN KAT, you have a lead or shift manager who treats your staff like trash. She talks to employees like trash. We were then treated like trash and embarrassed by the shift manager due to the new employees harmless errors. As a backdrop, we lived at the hotel in the parking lot after our home flooded at the beginning of 2020. We received great service and food at that time. We ate there nearly every day, twice a day This past Saturday, we stopped by as we normally do, and there was a new line person. She made some errors that were in our favor as patrons and then was yelled at and our order was snatched off the line. We were questioned as if we committed a crime. And then embarrassed during the payment process. This lead/shift manager is normal vern stern and curt but we just try to ignore her and leave. Saturday was different. She turned her ire on us and it was uncalled for. She started ranting about Chipotle losing money and the nee person was going to lose millions of dollars and we can't have side cups with the logo because Chipotle charges for those. We hadn't even asked for them but rather it was an error by the new person. We were blamed and treated like we were robbing a multimillion, if not billion, dollar corporation. Why do you have this woman working there? I'm very surprised that she remains in her position. She's terrible and never has a customer friendly disposition. Always a clipboard and curt wirds."

"Just went here tonight and it was very similar to what others have said of the experiences they have had as well. The order was so wrong we would have been laughing except that after my wife took a bite of her burrito bowl that was devoid of the meat, cheese, beans guacamole and sour cream it was supposed to have she had to throw it away because it made her sick from the hot sauce they added. If it wasn't for the terrible time others have been treated to I would have thought the person helping me was an ex of mine that had revenge on the brain. Anyway, just a cautionary tale for any of you that might be considering this place. I'm definitely never going back."

"We had the carne asada salad and bowl. I should have had the bowl too and skipped the lettuce/greens which was mostly spinach, which is fine, but it was full of long tough stems. Other than that and the meat being a bit salty it was a nice filling dinner. I actually got 2 meals out of mine be ause 1/2 was plenty. Pic, sorry, had already eaten some of the meat."
