"Got the recommendation from a local bartender, and it really didn't disappoint, the fish was amazing and had some great oyster shooters."
"I’m a big fan of chirashi - a variety of raw fish over rice. Tonight I got on of the best ones I’ve ever had. The fish was extremely fresh and tasty. It even came with two pieces of unagi. Yum!"
"When I lived in Sac, you could find me here every weekend without fail. Aside from the fish being super fresh and delicious, the staff and sushi chefs are seriously what made me come back. They make you feel right at home and the service is super quick!! I usually get the chef’s 7 pc nigiri and a couple of orders of seared salmon belly with tuna hand rolls. You really can’t go wrong with any of the menu rolls either. I recently visited the midtown location and it’s the same great fish and staff! There really isn’t a sushi place in town that I recommend more than Wedashii! Love the food and love the people. Will always stop by when I’m in town!"
"Delicious and surprising because this quality sushi and nigiri could be served even in the fanciest of places. Lots of color in the flavor profiles, creative and not boring ever. My new go to spot."
"So this place is ugly as sin on the inside. It feels like a warehouse in desperate need of a paint job. That being said, the food was delicious! I ordered the beets as an appetizer and the salmon and tuna tartare, and both were amazing. The beets were creative with sliced orange and avocado, and the tartare was bursting with flavor. We were very surprised!"
