"I took my car to AK Lube in Kingston Springs today and I was so impressed. My air conditioner was acting up and just needed checking out. When I returned to pick it up I was told there was no charge. I don’t know about you but that never happens to me. The mechanic explained to me that he spent 2 hours and couldn’t get it to do anything wrong. He explained that the an actuator could sometimes cause the problem when transitioning from winter to summer. He was right , it is working fine now. I highly recommend this business and will definitely tell all my friends. I highly recommend to seniors like myself. A+++"

"Was getting shoddy and scammy service at my usual place for oil changes. This place was recommended by my coworker as she lives in Kingston Springs. I was in and out very quickly with an oil change and rotate 2 weeks ago. Even checked and changed my air filter! A pricier oil change and rotate but I think it's worth it for the good service. They even put Subaru's recommended oil change mileage instead of 4k miles on a synthetic oil change the other shop was trying to push. I asked to have my rear wheel bearings checked and John took a look, then thoroughly explained why he thought it was both and recommended they be replaced soon with all the commuting I do. I was quoted a great price and they even encouraged me to call my husband to get his opinion (he worked as a mechanic years ago and does a lot of his own upkeep). I really value that and that they explained everything instead of just telling me what needed done. Scheduled an appointment for the wheel bearings for today. Top notch service, and the honesty is so hard to come by. Even offered to replace the brakes since they already had my car in the air at no additional labor today. Best of all, it was done when they said it would be and no other issues were found during their work, unlike my other shop that seemed to find some new issue during every oil change."
