When I went back to exchange, the employees just smiled and said, “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. We went to get 2 Chicken Chalupas around, @11pm 10/29/23. This is such a disgrace and very unacceptable, as I have converted to HINDU RELIGION & do not accept BEEF AT ALL. Maybe Taco Bell, on GERBER RD, should hire a more experienced team with more professional association, confirming the franchise policies. I would not accept or suggest this service especially in todays time, to anybody. Stay away from this carless place ran by teenagers. God Bless."
