"***UNETHICAL, DO NOT TRUST*** Called to secure official MLB baseballs and talked to Robert. He said they had them and would put them on hold for us. Was driving to the store and my wife called again to confirm the balls were still there. Yes they confirmed them. Went into the store and they tried to sell us non official balls. Wow. We just called and confirmed they still had them. Manager finally admitted they sold them to someone else. Wow. How unethical. Well the other poor reviews were absolutely right. Please do not waste your time buying anything from Big 5 Ramona. They will just lie to you."
