"Compared to other poke spots this is a 4.5 out of 10. Over priced, the fish looks like it’s been sitting for a few days. I wouldn’t come here again."
"The food has always been good here. Fish is usually well prepared and stored correctly. Variety is limited but I’m happy with what they usually offer. The price is about right for the portion and type of food. For that I will give it 5 stars. Service is lacking however. The staff isn’t always very helpful, but they’re usually nice though! Asked about the difference between a pokee box vs naked box, and the gal had to think — maybe she’s new. Asked the best combo for sauce and they basically responded with no answer. They charge a 4% service fee. I asked what the fee was for. They just said administrative fees lol—not sure when I had to pay their admins a percentage of my meal. Gratuity is separate. It’s a small place on the corner lot but it’s cute inside. Would I come back again? Most definitely because I still think this place has better pokee than most places."
"Tried this place for the first time recently and it was good! I wouldn’t say it’s the best poke you could get but I would come back if I was in the area. Seemed a little pricey to me but the fish was fresh."
"Today was my first time into Hokee Pokee. The parking lot was super busy. Thus shopping center seems to be really busy. There was no line and as I walked in the folks emerged from the back quickly. The customer service was excellent. All the food items appeared to be extremely fresh. The sauce options take their food to the next Level. The place was quiet and cozy when we were there. It was a nice fresh lunch. I definitely recommend them if you like Poke!"
"Food tasted fresh and good. Went during lunch time. Not a lot of people there so while small, there was plenty of seating. Food was served in disposable paper to-go containers compared to other places that have the plastic bowls. This didn’t change the way the food tasted or anything but it felt a little cheap for being pricey. Employees were nice, but hung out in the back most of the time."
