"This is the WORST Chick-fil-a I have EVER been to. I went this evening and unfortunately had some car trouble. One of the employees told me not to worry and just be safe and to park in the drive thru parking. I was stuck there for 3 hours due to the weather. When the tow truck driver got there one of the managers came out yelling at us to “hurry this up” and “wrap this up” not caring about the situation or the paying customer who just sat in your lobby for 3 hours and even got more food then planned. This was the worst experience and it wasn’t even because my car broke down it was because of the way I was treated by the employees. I’m hoping the general manager will make this right, I will be contacting them tomorrow and if it goes well I will update this review. As of now I’m highly disappointed how I was treated and shouldn’t be treated by someone getting paid $20 or more an hour."

"Sold me a $14 grilled chicken club and on the receipt says it had pepper jack but the photo i snapped clearly shows they gave me a plain bread sandwich with tomato and lettuce but NO cheese and NO sauce and NO BACON so they either owe me a new sandwich or a $14 refund also i had to go to work right after and didnt have time to return the trash bread sandwich so i got nothing to eat also, thanks chick fil a for that $40 rip where everyone but me who paid got to eat"

"The food here is always top quality. It is served hot, fresh and very tasty. The atmosphere about the time of the dinner hour is controlled chaos. The line outside is long and the hangry people in the line are not friendly. Inside, there's no real place to stand when you are waiting for your food to go. With that said, I keep coming back..."

"Drive thru 01/16/2024 4:29pm Ordered 2 large fries and 6 sauces. Get to the window, and I seen they gave me 4 sauces so I asked for an additional 2 and she said “There should be 4 already in the bag” I told her I asked for 6 so she gave me 1 more instead of just making a customer happy and giving me 2 more. Long story short, I couldn’t enjoy my waffle fries as I NORMALLY WOULD because I didn’t have enough sauce. All 5 sauces used as seen in the photo. I won’t be returning to this location."

"This is the worst run Chic-Fil-A location ever. They are notorious for shorting you food that you paid for. I went here two weeks ago and placed an order for 8 sandwiches and 9 large fries. We only got 5 of our sandwiches and 8 of our fries. One might ask why did we not check before leaving? As usual, the crowd is shoulder to shoulder and likely a fire code safety violation for having so many people crammed into a tiny building. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes after paying to get our food that was shorted. Once we got home, then we found that we were shorted. At this point I’m not going to deal with a thieving franchise that deliberately shorts your order, makes you wait an hour after taking your money, and loves screwing up your valuable time and money. The owner has a pattern of responding only to positive comments, gleefully ignoring the negative ones. Well guess what? You thieves just lost business from me, my family, co-workers, and friends. They did not pick up their phone when we called multiple times. I give an overall rating and experience with them a big ZERO. They aren’t even deserving of the default 1 star."
