"Ordered from the kiosk figuring I would be given a cup for my drink but guy behind counter not reading where order came from started prepping for some DineDrive services and even had a sticker over the one drink. But, due to the kiosk not showing Dave's cream soda selections I had changed my mind of what soda I wanted so I had dumped my Fanta orange and refilled with Dave's orange cream soda. It just makes ordering from drive through or kiosk the same as regular ordering, just with extra steps."

"Very bad customer service and disappointment from the manager, ordered 2 $5 biggie bags for me and my friend and she put $6 biggie bags on accident. i didn’t notice until she added another dollar for the bacon but i never asked for it. I asked her if she can take out the bacon and also replace it with 5 dollar because i didn’t ask for 6 dollar. she started being rude and said “well i already put the order in for u” and i was very confused because i just wanted to replace it?? so she did. but after she started giving us this weird look, we still got our food and it was good but i was just disappointed in the customer service and manager."

"Updated Review! Newly torn down and rebuilt restaurant. The place looks great inside and out. The drive through is almost always packed but the lobby is not. They have two of those Coke Freestyle machines that everything ends up tasting a little like cherries. The food looks good but their prices are off the hook now. The "Value" items are almost $4 each now. The kid behind the counter was super friendly and the store was sparkly clean."
