"Beware and check your order is complete. We went through the drive through late Saturday night before they closed and brought the food home and I opened my chicken sandwich and there was only the bun in the package, no chicken. We tried calling, but it was after closing on a Saturday night. The first chance we had to let them know we didn’t get our complete sandwich, only a bun, they told us we had to let them know that day and they refused to make it right. There was no way to get let them know after they closed. Their customer service is far from what it once was and we paid for a sandwich and got only a bun."

"Not a fan of the new remodel at all. It Completely has screwed up speed and efficiency. This place used to get you in and out within 5-7 minutes in the drive thru. They now have more employees outside and this process has gotten disgustingly slow. Big cars also have a really hard time making the inside turn on the drive thru as it’s too tight of a turn."
