"The two women working provided amazing customer service and were very patient with me in helping me choose a drink despite how busy/active they were in preparing other orders (date today 07/01/2023 @ 6:45 PM). Got jasmine milk tea 50% sweet with cheese foam and YUM I give it 5 stars!! I’ve been to many boba places but this drink they made it quality - the tea is potent and definitely not artificial tasting. It tastes AUTHENTIC and fresh, can taste the caffeine & it gave me more energy. Thank you for amazing customer service ladies!!"

"I ordered three drinks. Two fruit teas were ok. One milk tea with red beans was awful. The red beans were expired, it tasted sour. I went to back, told the staff. She made a new one for me, and I saw her throw away the whole box of red beans. They should checked all the food before they sell to customers. Make sure all the food is fresh. But they didn’t."

"My slushy had a plastic wrapper or seal blended inside. Unfortunately, I didn’t see it until I opened my drink at home. It’s really difficult to recommend Onezo when TP Tea is less than a 5 minute walk inside the mall from here."

"BEST NEW BOBA! this place just opened and it takes everything known about Boba tea and make it better, re-invented, and added new drinks with a much longer menu than any other place. they increase the taste without going overboard on the sugar. check out was fast and easy and self directed on a touch screen, avoiding the problem i often face with other shops like the cashier misunderstanding my order, my name, missing ingredients, forgetting to call my name and standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. or very often giving a negative attitude. I can say this is a must for those who love Boba and a regular hang out spot. can't wait to come again!"
