"I'd give this 3.5 for first experience in. We went on a VERY busy night (Valentine's Day) and the staff were doing a great job. We tried two rolls — The TSI, the Sunrise and also a Nigiri Saba. Looking forward to trying out more of their menu to find our favorites. So far I really liked the depth of flavor in the Sunrise roll, the TSI was good but didn't have the depth that the Sunrise throws down."

"Let's talk about Tangs baby, if you haven't been yet... GO!!! Like right now just get the family, friends wife, girlfriend, everyone! I'm telling you right now you will not regret it. It's by far the best sushi you'll find imported daily and not to mention their ribeye is a game changer! The owner Tang is absolutely awesome in everything he does if you get lucky enough to have him make anything for you, do the omakase it will blow your mind! Everyone in the restaurant is very personable and they go above and beyond any other restaurant we've been to!!"

"Honestly, I almost don't want to write this, because more people may try to go here making it more crowded! This is hands down the best sushi place in the area. They also have a lot of non-sushi dishes for those that do not like sushi. Other sushi places tend to make their chicken teriyaki chewy or it's fatty. Not here. Great choices, great meat cuts, and it's all good quality. Now Tang and Brandon are amazing. They are helpful and go out of their way to please you. I have eaten here about 10 times now. It's not huge inside, but we haven't had to wait too long. Depending on when you go. They have an outside area, but I've never eaten out there. I'm not sure it's always open. I would call and ask about the outside seating if interested. Cheers! Enjoy!"

"Tang's Sushi in Roseville is a real gem. The meal was just phenomenal! The flavors, textures, the quality of the fish, the perfection of the rice and other ingredients are all very impressive. This place stands out from other sushi places in terms of the quality of the flavors! My friend and I split the BBQ white tuna appetizer, and the Tang Lobster, White Dragon, and the Dynamite rolls. Excellent!!! A wonderful sushi experience. The service was so friendly and kind! I can't wait to go back to Tang's to have an incredible meal, and talk with the genuinely kind staff working there!"
