"They will make you stand in the rain for 15 minutes to pick up your food after having navigated a very slow and obnoxious website to order. The cashier cannot take your order. There is no place to wait. They do not send you a text message when your order is ready."

"Food maybe was good, but was too cold to properly assess. I was not asked for delivery address on order, only billing address - my mistake for not double checking. I realized after 15 minutes qnd called, and Lana (service rep) told me that she would cancel order and to reorder, so I did. Called again after placing the order, and she told me that she moved items over to new order and doordash would pick up to new address. Ended up being delivered to original address. When I called back to ask to speak to a manager (the two orders = 250 bucks), Lana raised her voice and told me I didn't allow her to finish her explanation, then hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service. Will not order again."

"I love this new restaurant concept for Sacramento. It's so nice to be able to order food from multiple restaurants in one spot from some of the most known restaurants in Sacramento. Kru will always be one of my favorite sushi restaurants and The Line makes their food more accessible. If you're looking for a vegan option, Pure Soul is also amazing. I can't wait to try the other restaurants, too. Kuddos to The Line staff for making sure the food is always out as soon as it's prepared."
