"Visited on Tuesday morning. Maybe like 3 other customers so it was very relaxing and quiet. The waiter was very fast and efficent, super friendly. Our food came out within minutes and it was all delicious! Only thing is the place looks a bit out dated like it needs some TLC . But overall great service and food."

"0 stars. Took half an hour to be acknowledged. An hour before getting any water or coffee. Then the food took another hour on its own. Their was hardly any customers. Low staff. 1 staff member just walking around playing on his phone and chit-chatting with staff not doing any work. Everyone's food came after anhour except mine. That took another half hour. Waitress forgot to remove an item she charged me for that I did not receive and upon waking up to expressing this to hear she rudely says out loud " what do you want now?" The cooks in the back kept just standing around for a long time just to push out a few simple breakfast platters every half hour. Other than that no fluent flow of food being cooked and placed in the window. As a food service worker myself this is unacceptable."

"Needed a place to get a hot drink in the middle of the night and I was so grateful for the staff here. While short staffed and managing online orders along with customers in the dining area. The server in particular was friendly, patient, kind, and consistently checked on me to make sure I was okay along with the other guests. I'm thankful that this place was open and can't say enough about how much the staff went behind their call. Thanks for the kindness along with the warm drink."

"We were told from the start there was a 45 min wait for food, we decided to try and wait. Waited over an hour and a half for food, filthy dining room, filthy bathrooms, waiters sitting down while taking orders, turning people away at the door. We will try our luck at mc Donald's across the street next time"

"So rolled in with the crowd from Aftershock and as expected this place was packed. Seems the management didn't plan on staffing up to handle the load which stressed out the staff on hand. Also the regular menu was removed and in its place was a small menu with specific items all seemingly priced at the same level as food at the festival. The management or ownership needs to step it up when big events come to town not limit the menu and jack up prices! I got their little appetizer sampler. Fries weren't crispy and the boneless chicken wings weren't hot enough temperature wise in their core to indicate freshly made. Onion rings were falling apart but the mozzarella sticks were fine. The wait staff was so overwhelmed also."
