"If you're a guy, don't even bother shopping here anymore. The men's section has been getting smaller and smaller. Today, (03-05-23), I came in and noticed that the men's section had finally been reduced to 1 small isle, shared by boy's clothing. I understand women primarily buy more clothing then men, so I understand why there's always more women's clothing in stores. But this is ridiculous. Might as well just lable this place as a women's only store now. Update 09-17-23: Rating changed from 1 star to 3 stars as this store is now carrying more men's clothing. Currently there's 3 racks, instead of a 1 shared rack for men's clothing. But the store could still utilize way more space for the men's section. There's still only 3 racks for the men, and 22 racks for the women's clothing."

"I was very disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased 2 sunglasses that were not placed in my shopping bag at checkout. After calling and physically visiting the store to ask if they still had the glasses at the register, the employees were very unhelpful. Not only did the manager not offer to look at security footage, she did Not use the receipt to try to resolve my dilemma. Her fake concern told me she just didn't care, as the store was very slow, she had the time to help, but she obviously couldn't be bothered.. If Google allowed zero stars, this place would deserve it. Definitely won't come back to this location, I may never visit a TJ Max again."

"Store manager refused to discount for 1 glass flute asking price for 2 knowing 1 glass was broken. Bad judgement. Obviously something upper management and common sense should have prevailed but second incident where customer service and PR need work. Yelp negative."
